4.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You agree to notify vip7 immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorised use of your Account. vip7 will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorised use of your Account where you have failed to take reasonable precautions to protect your credentials.
4.4 Non-Transferability. Accounts are strictly personal and non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights therein to any third party.
4.5 KYC Verification. vip7 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in compliance with Applicable Law. You may be required to submit government-issued identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method before withdrawals are processed. vip7 reserves the right to withhold withdrawals pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification.
5.1 Accepted Payment Methods. vip7 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, and bank transfers through major Philippine banks including BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, and Security Bank. Debit cards linked to eligible Philippine bank accounts may also be accepted where available.
5.2 Currency. All transactions on vip7 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). vip7 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in any foreign currency, and does not accept any form of cryptocurrency under any circumstances.
5.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotion. vip7 reserves the right to amend minimum deposit thresholds at any time with reasonable notice.
5.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests are subject to KYC verification and internal review. vip7 aims to process approved withdrawals promptly. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the completeness of your KYC documentation.
5.5 Own Funds Only. You may only deposit funds that belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of another person, or using payment methods that do not belong to you, is strictly prohibited and may result in Account suspension and reporting to relevant authorities.
5.6 No Credit Card Deposits. In compliance with Philippine regulations, vip7 does not accept deposits made via credit cards. Only debit cards, e-wallets, and bank transfers are permitted for funding your Account.
5.7 Withdrawal to Source. Where operationally possible, withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit. vip7 reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
6.1 All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives offered by vip7 are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion. In the event of any conflict between promotion-specific terms and these general Terms and Conditions, the promotion-specific terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Bonus Funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be converted to Real Money Funds or withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier will be stated clearly in each promotion's terms. vip7 reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if wagering requirements are not met within the specified timeframe.

Any Player found to have engaged in bonus abuse will have their Account suspended and all associated balances forfeited.
6.4 Withdrawal Order. Unless otherwise stated, Real Money Funds will be used before Bonus Funds when placing wagers. Winnings generated from Bonus Funds will be credited as Bonus Funds until wagering requirements are satisfied.
6.5 vip7 reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice, provided that such changes do not adversely affect Players who have already commenced satisfying the wagering requirements of an active bonus.

9.2 vip7 does not warrant that the platform will be available at all times, free from errors, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
9.3 vip7's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms and Conditions shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Funds held in your Account at the time the claim arises.
9.4 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit or exclude vip7's liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under Applicable Law.
9.5 You acknowledge that gambling involves risk and that you may lose money. vip7 is not responsible for any financial losses you incur as a result of using the platform, provided that the games have operated correctly and in accordance with their published rules.

11.1 vip7 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
11.2 Upon closure of an Account for reasons other than a breach by the Player, any verified Real Money Funds balance will be returned to the Player via the original payment method, subject to completion of KYC verification. Bonus Funds will not be returned under any circumstances.

13.3 If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) days of submission, either party may refer the matter to the competent courts of the Philippines, which shall have exclusive jurisdiction over such disputes.
13.4 Nothing in this clause shall prevent vip7 from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
